Welcome to Ice Pole. If you are getting bored of the gym and would like to try something new, that will give you a full body workout & great core strength, then why not try a pole or aerial hoop lesson. Classes are suitable for people of all ages & abilities; everyone is welcome. 

 

 

 

 

 



Ice Pole offers Pole Dancing lessons in Torquay. Lessons consist of:

 

• Warm up

• Pole core exercises

• Practising moves/routine

• Flexibility stretches.

 

I also host Pole Parties so if you would like something different for your Hen do or Birthday please drop me an email and I can give you a quote. Prices vary depending on the amount of people attending. 

 

Sexy Workshops

If you are looking to host a sexy workshop at your studio please get in touch. I teach 90 minute workshops where you will learn a short routine. I will break it down & explain each section so it is easy to follow.

 

 

 

 

Hi my name is Hayley,

 

I have been pole dancing for 15 years and teaching for 9 years. I love teaching pole & aerial hoop. It gives me great pleasure to watch people grow, as they gain more confidence & achieve so many things by coming to class each week.
